Miscellaneous
To ensure that your party runs smoothly, we would like to draw your attention to a few points:
Aperitif: To harmonise your party, we recommend an aperitif in our beautiful garden, on the terrace or in the „Bärentatze“ vaulted cellar“
or in one of our halls.
Number of people: We are happy to serve our menus to groups of 15 or more. Please let us know the exact number of participants at least 48 hours before the event. The number notified 48 hours in advance is decisive for the calculation of the menus.
Table decorations: We are happy to organise flower arrangements for you. These will be charged at cost price. Of course, you can also bring or order your own decorations.
Seating: If possible, we are happy to cater to your wishes, which you should inform us of at least 2 weeks before the event.
Menu cards: The menu, with your personalised inscription, will be printed free of charge by the Hotel Bären and placed on the tables. Please hand in your place cards at least 3 days before the event!
Children: We have a special children's menu for our younger guests. Children can also use our playroom „Zum Bäremutz“ and the playground in the garden (use at your own risk)
Table speeches/games: Please let us know the timing of your party so that you don't have any unpleasant waiting times and we can guarantee you the optimum quality of the food.
Extension: After midnight up to a maximum of 02.00 am. We charge CHF 180 per hour. Playing time of the music until 01.00 am at the latest.
Room hire: For banquets we make our premises available to you free of charge.
Prices/invoice: Our prices are net prices incl. VAT. We reserve the right to make any changes. We are happy to accept cash payments. We also accept Maestro (EC- Direct), Postcard, Mastercard, Visa. (Against invoice within 5 days net only by prior arrangement).
Room reservation: We offer modern, comfortable single and double rooms with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, TV/radio, some with lake view and balcony or view of the vineyards. Rooms are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival and until 12.00 on the day of departure.
